This Benchmade Meatcrafter features a CPM S45VN orange coated blade with a SelectEdge™, and a handle with carbon fiber scales. It is sharpened to a precise 14 degree angle for extreme precision during trimming, deboning or slicing your preferred cuts of meat. 

Use extreme caution when sheathing this knife, as the edge is incredibly sharp and can easily cut through kydex if not guided properly.
