The ESEE-3 is the model that started it all for ESEE Knives (formerly RAT Cutlery), founded by Randall's Adventure & Training in 1997. Originally designed as the RAT-3 for Ontario Knife Company, it was the first knife brought over when ESEE Knives was formed.
