The SpyMyo features a flat-ground drop-point blade crafted from Bohler M398, an advanced version of the highly regarded M390 steel. Known for its superior hardness and wear resistance, M398 ensures the blade retains its sharpness for longer. The blade design includes a fully accessible round hole for easy opening, a removable thumb stud, and a radiused spine for comfort during use.
 
The handle is a fusion of green canvas Micarta on one side and titanium on the other, forming the foundation of the knife's Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) mechanism, providing secure locking with a hardened steel interface and overtravel stop. Both scales are meticulously machined with textured chamfers, creating an ergonomic grip while enhancing the knife’s visual appeal. The deep carry pocket clip allows for tip-up, right or left-side carry, making it a practical EDC knife.
