The CRKT Heron was designed by Lucas Burnley as a function and aesthetically unique piece. The knife has a black stonewashed wharncliffe blade made of 8Cr14MoV steel that utilizes a thumb hole for simple one handed operation. The handle is made of carbon fiber and G10 scales, with a sturdy frame lock mechanism. The carry clip is right-hand tip-up.
