Returns

Returns will be accepted as long as they are initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. You must use the Contact Us page to initiate a return, and receive approval before shipping. Please allow up to 3 days for return approval. Once approved, simply send the knife back to us. In the case of a defective item, a prepaid shipping label will be provided. Returns must be brand new, in the original packaging, and unused. If the item shows signs of wear or use, charges may be applied. Items that are defective will not be subject to any shipping costs to return.

Note: Returns for issues that fall within manufacturer spec, such as blade centering etc., are not eligible as a defective return. You may still return the item for a full refund, simply send the item back to us unused, in the original packaging. If you wish to swap for another item, you will be responsible for shipping costs on the new item. We are happy to go above and beyond when ordering. Simply request any quality control checks you would like done, including sending pictures of the exact knife before ordering.
