Let’s start with the manual. With a titanium and carbon fiber handle, the Wraith is a solid everyday carry knife that can handle extreme conditions. The Magnacut steel blade is heavy duty and maintains an edge quite well. It pivots almost effortlessly with the help of ceramic ball bearings. Once in place, the blade is locked by a sturdy frame lock. With an open length of just under 9 inches, the Wraith makes an impressive knife.

Not to be outdone in the OTF market, Heretic Knives has introduced the Colossus. The smooth action of this automatic knife is due in part to ball bearings. The Magnacut blade is strong and retains a hard edge. The aluminum handles contain aggressive inlays to insure that the knife stays firmly in your grasp. Another unique offering from Heretic, the Hydra is a single-action OTF knife. The button is hidden under a protective cover to guard against the knife deploying in your pocket.
